The state of one's complete physical, mental, and social health includes their sexual health. People may lack the knowledge necessary to make important decisions regarding their own bodies, and consequently, the future, if they are uninformed of sexual health requirements (information about risks, vulnerability, access to excellent sexual health treatment, etc.). Particularly in underdeveloped nations, young people are one of the most marginalised groups that struggle to get information on sexual health. Sex education is the primary prevention strategy and emphasis area in order to bridge this gap, especially among youth between the ages of 10 and 19. Sexual health education and information are intended to help young people integrate their physical, mental, and social selves as effectively as possible.
