The field of public health has progressed, and it now focuses on socioeconomic determinants of health and multi-sectoral collaboration to improve health. The process of mobilising people, organisations, and communities to effectively address challenging public health challenges is known as public health leadership. Leadership is a key skill in the field of public health. To equip future health-care leaders, the educational system must evolve as well. Future health-care leaders must have a vision that balances public and individual health, as well as clinical and management techniques.
