Working Life Conditions

Working Life Conditions

A person's whole employment-related experience is referred to as their quality of working life (QWL). Many authors and researchers have put forth models of quality of working life, also known as quality of worklife, that take a wide range of variables into account. These variables are sometimes categorised as "motivator factors" that, if present, can make working a positive experience and "hygiene factors" that, if absent, are more likely to cause dissatisfaction. The overall quality of working life or specific components of it have been measured using a variety of rating systems that have been established. The significance of QWL for both employees and employers, as well as for the functioning of the national economy, has been highlighted in certain publications. The regular evaluation of work-life quality has the ability to give organisations crucial information on the wellbeing of their employees.
