Abstract:
The role of leadership in public health is pivotal in shaping resilient health systems that can effectively respond to emerging health challenges. I will discuss about the exploring innovative leadership strategies aimed at empowering communities and improving health outcomes through collaborative governance, data-driven decision-making, and the integration of technological advancements. Also covering by examining case studies of public health leaders who have successfully implemented sustainable programs, the research highlights the significance of adaptive leadership in fostering inclusive, equitable health solutions. I will also add the effective public health leadership which requires a deep understanding of systemic health issues and also demands the capacity to inspire and mobilize communities, ensuring long-term resilience and health security.
