The wellbeing of women throughout pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period is known as maternal health. Maternal health often includes preconception, prenatal, postnatal, and family planning health care aspects to provide a happy and satisfying experience. In other situations, improving maternal health can lower death and morbidity rates among mothers. Maternal health is concerned with the wellbeing of pregnant women, particularly during their pregnancies, deliveries, and childrearing periods. According to the WHO, a significant number of women have health issues and occasionally pass away after becoming mothers, despite this being seen as a natural and emotionally draining event for the mother. Investments in women's health are necessary as a result.
