Health, according to the World Health Organization, is "A full condition of mental, physical and social well-being, not only the absence of sickness," or "a way of life," as described in 1946. This encompasses social interaction, consumerism, entertainment, and clothing trends. Typically, a person's lifestyle also reflects their opinions, beliefs, and worldview. A "balanced existence" with "smart decisions" is typically thought of as a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is an important tool for preventing and lessening the effects of health issues, for healing, for managing stress in life, and for enhancing the quality of life. An increasing corpus of scientific research demonstrates that our lifestyles have a significant impact on how healthy we are. Our health will be impacted by everything from what we eat and drink to how much exercise we get to whether or not we use drugs or smoke. This includes how long we may expect to go without developing a chronic condition. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, joint disease, and mental illness are only a few of the illnesses that cause a large number of fatalities and disabilities. Our main approach to treating these illnesses at the moment is to almost solely rely on the delivery of clinical treatment by highly qualified healthcare professionals. By leading a healthy lifestyle, many health issues can be avoided or at the very least have their onset delayed.
