Biography:
Dr. Serigbalet Arthur studied Human Medicine at Félix Houphouët-Boigny University, Côte d'Ivoire, and graduated in 2025. He pursued a Specialized Certificate in Public Health (CES) at the same institution, which he completed in 2025. Since 2022, he has been serving as a Hospital Intern in several University Hospitals across the country and has been posted at the National Institute of Public Health (INHP) since 2024. Dr. Arthur specializes in public health and has presented communications at scientific conferences, particularly on vaccination topics. He continues to develop his expertise in public health research and practice.
