Biography:
Lucas Belchior Souza de Oliveira is a Doctor in Veterinarian Medicine, Master’s degree in Vertebrate Biology from PUC-MG (area: Conservation and behavior), and PhD in Animal Science from UFMG (area: Epidemiology and One health). Holds a Postgraduate degree in Medical and Surgical Clinic of Exotic Pets and Wildlife (Qualittas), an MBA in Health Management (BBI Chicago). Also holds a technical qualification in Environmental Studies (CECON) and additional training in Animal Behavior and Welfare from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a faculty member in the undergraduate Veterinary Medicine programs at UNI-BH and UNA, teaching courses in Environmental Sciences, One Health, and Wildlife Medicine.
