Biography:
Irish Nicole M. Reyes, was born on April 7, 2003, in Santo Tomas City, Batangas, Philippines. Driven by an early interest in food and science, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, where she graduated cum laude. As part of her undergraduate training, she completed a foodservice internship at Brotzeit Alabang West Parade, a German-style restaurant and bar. She also gained experience in community nutrition through her internship in Barangay Antipolo, Rizal, Laguna, and in hospital dietetics at the National Center for Mental Health in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
